Ph.D. Research on Power System Dynamics and Control
Dr. Nandeesha S P successfully defended his doctoral thesis titled “Coordinated & Hybrid Control Techniques As Applied to UPFC for Power System Dynamics and Control.”
His research was carried out at the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department Research Centre, Akshaya Institute of Technology, Tumakuru, under the guidance of Dr. Yathisha L, Professor & Principal, Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Akshaya Institute of Technology.
The research focuses on Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) technology and its application in power system dynamics and control. Research in this area contributes to the development of advanced techniques for improving the control, stability and performance of modern power systems.
